I haven’t seen anything posted about Trama’s - nothing since this last one in 2021? That’s unfortunate, I think.
We went there this past weekend for dinner. Needed to wait a bit for our reserved table outside, but not a hardship.
Overall, all four of us thought it was very very good.
Caesar salad dressing was excellent, but the lettuce leaves were a bit too “white” - would have been nice to ahve a bit more bits of green on them.
The Calamari was perfectly done. flavorful; no trace (or even imaginary trace) of oil. perfect. Alongside the cherry tomatoes.
Our mains included a great Halibut, super rare tuna, the veal, and the salmon. All done exactly to order, all very tasty.
We split one warm molten chocolate cake - this was unbelievablly good - I was curious what type of chocolate they used, but apparently they were too busy to answer my question (I make this at home quite frequently, and this one absolutely stood out).
Overall, very good, and I just wanted to share.
