This is shocking.
I never saw sweet tea in this state until the past 10 years or less.
Some claim the margarita was first made in Galveston. A had a fantastic skinny marg at Pico’s last week.
The much talked about Pizaro’s Pizza serves this sludge, thusly I don’t go there. It’s the whole picture I’m interested in, not just the pizza.
Totally agree unsweet tea wins this award. I only use Luzianne tea bags though, does that disqualify it?
Post Script: (1) This is an amazing post; and (2) I only order tea at places where it’s outstanding. The Pappas family serves great tea. $2 per is okay when you think how much you pay for a soda in a machine. Plus, there’s all the manpower to make and serve it and keep the vessels clean.
